Exchange and return policy

We value our customers’ satisfaction and provide the option to return or exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • All items must be complete and in their original condition.

  • The product must be unused and unopened, especially for perfumes or sealed items.

  • The original packaging, bag, and box must be intact and undamaged.

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

  •  If the return is not due to a store error, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
